Challenge
Whilst doing my internship with teamwork, I worked on the Desk (help desk) mobile team. I worked on UX & UI improvement's within the hybrid mobile app.
Overview
I worked mainly on the tickets section within the app, specifically the rich text editor and the scrolling tab bar. My focus was on creating an interface that was less visually overwhelming, with improved Usability and More Accessible.
Design Process
User Research
- data analysis using Pendo

User testing
- Create test plan
- Test prototype with users, using Usability hub survey and/or 1 to 1's
- Analyse findings to make decisions
- Send for development or make changes according to feedback
